Transport Coordinator / Driver | Full-Time Opportunity

Are you an experienced transport professional who enjoys leading from the front? This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine team coordination, customer communication, and driving responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly across Brisbane.

What’s on Offer

• Earn approximately $112,000–$127,000 per year + super (based on a 50–55 hour working week - $38.50/hr base rate plus overtime paid at penalty rates)
  
• Full-time opportunity from day one

The Role

We are seeking a Transport Coordinator / Driver to lead a team of 5 drivers while staying actively involved in daily operations.

This is not a desk-only position — you’ll coordinate runs, support drivers, resolve delivery issues, and jump behind the wheel when required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Allocate daily runs and manage driver schedules
  
• Lead and support a team of drivers, including performance, attendance, and accountability
  
• Drive 3–4 days per week as required
  
• Take calls from the yard and customers, resolving issues in real time
  
• Act as the link between drivers, customers, and operations
  
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
  
• Assist with loading, yard duties, and general operations when required
  

About You

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive transport professional who enjoys taking ownership and leading by example.

You will have:

• Current MR licence (minimum) & Forklift Licence
  
• Experience in transport, logistics, or delivery operations
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to stay organised and think on your feet
  
• A hands-on attitude — willing to drive, load, and assist around the yard
  
• A strong safety focus and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
